School Uniform

All pupils are required to wear:

  • All black shoes- either formal school shoes or trainers are acceptable
  • Black or grey trousers, black or grey shorts, a black or grey skirt or a blue gingham summer dress. No jogging bottoms.
  • A light blue shirt or polo shirt
  • A navy jumper or cardigan

All of the above generic uniform items are available to be purchased from a range of high street retailors or supermarkets.

Optional branded items which are available for purchase from the school office. The current prices for children's sizes are listed below:

  • Fleeces- £15.00
  • Jumpers- £12.00
  • Cardigans- £13.00
  • Polo shirts- £10.00
  • Woolly hats- £7.00
  • Caps- £6.00

Nursery children are not required to wear uniform. All nursery children should wear comfortable clothes and footwear, suitable for indoor and outdoor learning.

PE Kit

All pupils are required to wear:

  • A light blue t-shirt (plain or school branded)
  • Jumpers- hoodies or jumpers (with or without a zip) either plain, navy blue, or school branded
  • Tracksuit bottoms- black or navy blue, either plain, or branded
  • Trainers or plimsolls

All of the above generic uniform items are available to be purchased from a range of high street retailors or supermarkets.

Optional branded items for PE which are available for purchase from the school office:

  • PE Shirt- £8.00
  • Hoodies- £13.50
  • Joggers- £13.50
  • PE bags- £7.00

Swimming Kit

Pupils will go swimming as a statutory part of the National Curriculum in Key Stage 2. Pupils will need a swimming kit, including swimming shorts or an all in one swimming costume (no bikinis) and a towel. Swimming goggles are suggested, however they are optional.

Jewellery and hairstyles

  • No jewellery allowed except for a watch and only small, plain studs if children have pierced ears. These need to be covered with tape during PE.
  • Watches – to be analogue or digital. No smart watches.  Fitbits are allowed.
  • Hair accessories are to be kept to a minimum.
  • Dyed hair or shaved tramlines are not allowed.
  • Nail varnish should not be worn in school.

Bags and Coats

Children will need a coat for colder months of the year, and a bag to take to school daily for reading records, reading books and Home Learning books.

Coats may be any colour or brand, and need to be appropriate to the weather conditions (for example, water proof when it’s raining, a thick coat for very cold months).

Book bags are available to purchase from the office for £8.00.
